The task specified a case study on a company called RedMart. The paper is attached for reference, but not limited to.

A case study analysis requires you to investigate a business problem, examine the alternative solution, and propose the most effective solution using supporting evidence. Read and examine the case thoroughly, and underline key facts and problems. Identify two to five key problems. Why do they exist? How do they impact the organization? Uncover possible solutions (through your experience or outside research). Consider strong supporting evidence that made the company successful in using the 5 stages of design thinking with the advancement of technology.

Conduct a case study analysis on RedMart, and provide a brief summary in paragraph words (recommended within 900 words).

Your writings should include:
a) Cover Page (Full Name, Student ID, and Module)

b) Introduction (Identify the key problems and issues in the case study)

c) Background (Information, relevant facts, demonstrate that you have researched the problems in this case study)

d) Evaluation of case (Outline what is working and not working, and state why)

e) Recommendations on applying Design Thinking principles (With further self-research, determine the specific strategies for the company to be successful and what could have been done better to optimize business potentials).
