1. Background
The CHRO has recently attended a conference “Human Capital Management in the New Normal”. There are two key themes that have emerged from the conference – “The Future of Work after Covid” and “Total Rewards Management in the New Normal”.
Over lunch, the CHRO approach you to ask you to create a Report on “Challenges and Opportunities in each of the 2 themes” so that he can deliberate and present it to the Senior Management.
2. Your Task
For this assignment, you are to conduct a literature review on the subject matter to write the Report. The number of articles to examine is Two (2).
Each selected article must not be (a) less than 750 words and must not be (b) published before 2018. One (1) article is to focus on Total Rewards Management, while the other article is to focus on The Future of Work.
A direct link to each of the two articles should be embedded in the Report. If this is not feasible, provide web links or append copies of the articles as appendices at the back of the Report. There is no restriction on the particular management or business journals that you can choose. However, they should be of good academic quality. For example,
