Project Outline
This individual assignment is intended to assess your understanding and application of the concepts and topics on Organisation Transformation (OT), Introduction to Change Management Overcoming Resistance to Change, Evaluating and Sustaining Change. When preparing your report, you should make reference to the relevant concepts covered in this module.
Learning Outcomes
After the completion of this project, learners will be able to:
1. Explain Change Management (CM) in terms of its impact on business outcomes, the role of HR, and the different types of change.
2. State the types of barriers to change with reference to the sources of resistance to change.
3. Analyse potential resistance to CM with reference to the life cycle of change resistance.
4. Explain ways to sustain change in an organization using appropriate techniques.
5. Describe the challenges in sustaining change with reference to the different pitfalls that may arise after the implementation of CM.
Requirements
1. Conduct online research and prepare a reading portfolio consisting of TWO (2) articles about organization transformation (OT) or change management (CM) practices adopted by organizations. The TWO (2) articles must be dated 2017 or later and may be taken from any of the following:

- Business Times
- HRM Asia
- Harvard Business Review
- Other relevant sources
2. Summarise the TWO (2) articles and evaluate the practices described in the articles using the theories or concepts taught in any TWO (2) of the following areas:‐
- Organisation Transformation (OT)
- Resistance to change
- Evaluating change
- Sustaining change
3. Describe TWO (2) key learning points from the articles submitted.
4. Prepare a written report on your findings and learning points.
