1. Drugs X and Z bind to the same type of receptors. These two drugs were
studied using organ bath experiments, and their graded dose-response curves were plotted as shown in Figure 1

(c) Drug X binds to Receptors A and B. State the name of the graph in Figure 2,
and explain which Receptors (A or B) does Drug X likely have stronger
intermolecular interactions with. (3 marks)
2. Figure 3 shows the plasma drug concentration versus time curves of 250 mg Drug M administered via intravenous and oral route to a healthy adult volunteer.
