- Prepare Bills of quantities for the renovation works& gym equipment supply based on the client’s proposed design intent or brief to call for tender.
- Conduct cost analysis (procurement) of tenderers, to compare cost & design requirement based on budget given by ‘Get Fit Pte Ltd’
- Cost negotiation on behalf of ‘Get Fit Pte Ltd’, monitor the budget, and control any variation orders during the process.
