My Assignment 2 is based on Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services which has to relate to what the client ‘Get Fit Pte Ltd’ may be looking for right now for their new fitness studio.

• To assume they will be carrying out renovation works as well as the supply & installation of gym equipment for their studio.
• SurveySmart Co. to offer their service on

1. Prepare Bills of quantities for the renovation works& gym equipment supply based on the client’s proposed design intent or brief to call for tender.
2. Conduct cost analysis (procurement) of tenderers, to compare cost & design requirement based on budget given by ‘Get Fit Pte Ltd’
3. Cost negotiation on behalf of ‘Get Fit Pte Ltd’, monitor the budget, and control any variation orders during the process.
4. Closing and finalizing accounts with contractors.
