Please write a short description of CPM and PERT scheduling activities and explain their differences. Create examples to illustrate your application for the learning outcomes with academic citations for this module using the given illustration of a start-up company. The cover Page in Appendix A must be included.

⦁ Create a Network Diagram on the 8 activities you will be doing for this management course – The start-up company has eight activities involving Creative, Strategy, IT, Fundraising, Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR.

⦁ Chart the flow of activities for each of these modules and described how they are dependent on each other using the examples given in the lesson plan.

⦁ Illustrate with written examples on how each of these activities’ task will look like using a Gantt Chart.
