Task description: Review recent academic literature on one topic to provide an academic overview of the most up-to-date research in the field.

Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to develop skills in critical thinking and appraisal of research so that you can identify reliable sources of evidence. Research evidence is the foundation for effective clinical practice, business management, and policy design. Therefore, regardless of the career path on which you embark, being able to think critically and critically evaluate sources of information is essential.

What you need to do: You are tasked with searching for and critically evaluating research papers on a particular topic. The first step is to conduct a literature search to find research papers that are relevant to the topic to include in your review. You should aim to include 8-10 references; however, you will need to read through more than this number and select which ones are relevant to include and which ones to leave out. Most of your references should be peer-reviewed papers published within the last 5 years. Once you have found the research papers that you wish to include, use the following outline to prepare your review.
