The case study is ‘Worldwide Seasonal Influenza Digital Communication for Prevention’. There are a number of organizations that operate in the context of this issue and the focus of this report is the government department in your country that is responsible for population health (eg: Singapore Ministry of Health; Dubai Health Authority). Your task is to research the issue and source relevant web data from organizations such as the World Health Organisation (WHO) and undertake further secondary research as necessary (social media platforms, other websites in the issue arena, Google Trends, etc), and construct a report that explains and interprets the data for the organization, aiming to provide recommendations on how they might improve digital communication (including social media and websites) for their target audiences. It is up to you to decide which target audience/s you will be the focus of your report. Your report will include a detailed data analysis, data visualization, and set of recommendations. Your report should be divided into the following key sections: 1. Overview o In your own words, provide a brief overview of the case study Provide any contextual information relevant to understanding the role and function of the organisation. o Explain and briefly summarise the purpose of this report. 2. Data analysis Identify and explain the types of web data you have collected. o Interpret the web data you have collected. o Employ visualization to explain the data. o Analyse and explain the significance of what the data is showing 3. Recommendations Evaluate and explain any limitations associated with the data and how they might affect the interpretation by audiences.
