What changes are occurring in your future world of work? What employability skills are preferred by employers and contractors in your chosen career? What skills do you need to succeed? Even if you aren’t sure where to take your degree qualification, this task should help.

You are required to undertake a career inquiry to explore your future industry and/or study area and analyze the employability skills preferred by employers in your field.

In Assessment Module 1 (located in the Assessment portal on the LMS) you are required to explore your future industry and analyze the employability skills preferred by employers in your field.

1. Identify three employment opportunities (job advertisements) that fit with your future status as a graduating Murdoch student to determine the employability skills privileged. They can be formally advertised roles for
different positions or the same role with different employers aligned with your area of study.
