Overview: Select a company that you are familiar with, or you want to study. Assume that you oversee the supply chain and operations activities of the company (e.g., the Operations Director, Supply Chain Director, or with a similar title). Your top management asks you to analyze the core operations of the

company. Write a report to address the issues outlined in the section “report
structure”. Apply suitable models/concepts/frameworks you have learned in
this course whenever possible.
