Assessment 2 – Personal Reflection

A completed summative reflective statement based on the learning from the module. The reflective statement will contain reflections about the difficulties faced when completing the workplace report, how did you overcome the difficulties – what value will the ability to produce a workplace-based report be in the future.

1. Introduction (~20% marks)

• Students should outline a preferred reflective practice model (Gibbs) to be used for reflective practice
• The importance of undertaking reflective practice should be clearly described

2. Reflective Practice (~60% marks)

• Students should be able to reflect on academic and professional learning, skills and experience developed throughout the sensible risk module.

3. Future Learning and Conclusion (~10% marks)

• This section will require students to consider future professional development in terms of building on the academic learning taking place during the module.
• A suitable conclusion will be required.

4. Academic Standards (~10% marks)

• Clarity of the report
• Well planned and clearly structured layout
• Harvard referencing used throughout
