Organise leadership participation and commitment, by assisting the management to review the OH&S policy to ensure it meets the SS ISO45001 requirement. Learners should use their own organizational WSH policy (attach a copy in the assignment submission) for the review except in cases where such policy is not available. The review should include at least two improvement recommendations, with justification on how they would better meet the relevant SS ISO45001 and organizational requirement.

Set at least two (2) WSH objectives for the organisation. These shall include the full description of objectives statements and an illustration of how they would align with the organisational WSH policy.

In a tabulated format or otherwise, identify the OH&S competency required for at least five (5) types of jobs functions within the organisation that affects or can affect its OH&S performance. (Such jobs functions may include and not limited to risk management leader, top management, supervisor, technician, workers, drivers, cleaners, maintenance, safety personnel etc.). Provide a brief explanation on how these competency needs are determined.

Provide an outline of a framework for the organisational emergency preparedness and response plan. (Note: learners are not required submit a full emergency response plan.)

- A list of items/information that needs to be prepared and collate for the meeting
- The types of information and when would you send them to the meeting invitees.
- The outputs from meeting that you expect achieve.
The organization (with input and output) of the meeting shall be aimed at meeting the relevant requirement in the SS ISO 45001: 2018 Standard requirement in Management Review
