Using strategic management concepts and methods, you will critically evaluate your strategic situation of yourself as you are heading toward your career aspiration after graduation. It would be an excellent opportunity to apply the strategic management procedure to yourself in order to gauge if you can achieve your career ambitions.

For this individual project, a couple of modifications must be made in order to apply strategic management at a personal level. For example, please regard your short-term career goal as your mission statement, while your vision statement should be your ultimate career ambition.

Each student should conduct external and internal audits in order to develop an external factor matrix, internal factor matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. However, preparing SPACE, BCG, or Grand Strategy matrices is not required because these matrixes are designed for an organization, not for an individual level.

Similar to the group project, only SWOT and QSPM matrices are required to justify your weights, ratings, and selected strategy. Please discuss the implementation and evaluation of the recommended strategy, along with the implications of the results of each analysis in your narrative in your paper.

In addition, each student must search for a celebrity or famous entrepreneur from various resources, including newspapers, books, bibliographies, or journal articles, and elaborate on how those implementing similar strategies achieve their career aspirations.
