- Fred is struggling with Contract Law in school. His best friend, Charles, offered to help him if Fred would buy the latest Eye-Phone for him. After Charles had helped Fred, Fred now refuses to buy the Eye-Phone for him. Advise Charles if he can sue Fred.

Dodgy Pte Ltd took the car for a test drive and liked the car and so agreed to pay $20,000 for the car. Dodgy Pte Ltd has now discovered that the car has in fact, a high mileage of 200,000km. Advise Dodgy Pte Ltd if he can sue for breach of contract or any other alternative action.
