Identify the government agencies that a project team must engage with for the demolition of an old single-storey building with an asbestos roof situated near a water body in Singapore. Describe the responsibilities of these agencies during the demolition process and outline the steps required to obtain the necessary approvals from the relevant technical departments and

Apply good project management techniques on construction projects

Demonstrate your understanding of the project management process by describing the tasks that a Project Manager should coordinate with his team and the Designers while carrying out for a Design and Build housing project.
