Assignment: An external environment assessment of an aviation business     

Assessment brief:

• Produce an assessment of the external operating environment of the aviation business of SIA Engineering Company. This should be based on an analysis of publicly available material.
• The purpose is to provide an assessment of the external environmental concerns affecting the conduct of business for SIA Engineering Company and the achievement of its strategic objectives.
• Analyse and explain the strategic management process, the benefits of strategic management, and the importance of strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation for SIA Engineering Company
• Analyse and discuss the importance of competitive strategies and level of strategies
• Determine organizational external and internal factors influencing the behaviour of the organization and individuals

Task Scope

1. Provide a short profile of SIA Engineering Company under review (no more than one hundred words)
