PROJECT OBJECTIVES

a) To apply the concepts of digital and social media analytics to business and non‐profit organizations.

b) To gain insights into digital and social media analytics tools.

PROJECT SUBMISSION

1. This project is an INDIVIDUAL assignment and carries a weightage of 30% (Total: 60 marks).
2. Students are required to use Presentation Slides for the submission (min 25 slides, max 50 slides ‐ excluding the cover slide). Please include slide headers and use a minimum font size of 18 for your slides.

3. Students are required to upload the softcopy of the presentation slides via BrightSpace.

4. The cover slide must include the following:
a. Student full name and admission number

For this part of the project, we aim to use social media analytics to review and provide insights into how followers feel/interact and their behavior on social media.

The key objectives are as follows:

a) To gain insights into how the company is using social media on Instagram/TikTok.

b) To analyze which individual posts can help increase the follower count.

c) To analyze how the company’s social media marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s overall business goals

d) To recommend ways the company can grow the number of followers and increase engagement.
