Dodgy Pte Ltd took the car for a test drive and liked the car and so agreed to pay $20,000 for the car. Dodgy Pte Ltd has now discovered that the car has in fact, a high mileage of 200,000km. Advise Dodgy Pte Ltd if he can sue for breach of contract or any other alternative action.
