1. Introduction

In this report, we will prepare a proposal in which we will share more specific information about Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre and why our venue is the best fit for the trade event. We will cover a brief description of the venue and its facilities, image perceptions of the venue and a list of previous similar events held at this venue, the dimensions, capacity, and capability of the venue, parking, and transportation to and from the venue, and the proximity of accommodation and tourist attractions to the venue.

Description of Venue& its Facilities

• Suntec Singapore is managed by ARA Asset Management, a subsidiary of the ESR Group, which is APAC’s substantial real asset manager powered by the New Economy and the world’s third-largest listed real estate investment manager. We have hosted over 30,000 events since our inception in 1995 and have earned a strong reputation as the world’s preferred and most awarded international venue. Suntec Singapore, with over 22,000 square meters of exhibition space and 15,000 square meters of flexible meeting space, is among the most important meeting, convention, and exhibition venues in Singapore. Suntec City’s floor plan includes a column-free Convention Hall for up to 10,000 delegates, a customization options exhibition hall, a variety of meeting rooms, a 596-seat theatre, and a 1,800-person multi-purpose ballroom.
• Suntec Singapore, located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District and a short 20-minute ride from Changi International Airport, provides direct access to 6 hotels, 3,100 parking spaces, 1,000 retail outlets, 300 F&B outlets, and an outstanding performing arts center. Suntec Singapore has 42,000m2 of MICE space and up to 36 meeting rooms on Level 3, 12,000m2 of exhibition space on Level 4, and two auditoriums on Level 6 with an overall capacity of 6,850 seats. Delegates can always be found in our vertically stacked building. Within walking distance of the rooms that they must be in. Our design prioritizes flexibility, functionality, and convertibility while incorporating cutting-edge technology, allowing us to adapt to our client’s changing needs while maintaining consistent quality for every event. Our free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the venue can support up to 8,000 simultaneous connections. Event organizers and visitors can use event mobile apps, video streaming, and other network systems required for event management and visitor engagement with confidence.
