Assume there is a pandemic now due to a new virus. You are the R&D Director heading a team of researchers in a pharmaceutical company. Your team is working hard to race time in developing a new vaccine to tackle the virus. Apply Garvin’s framework of Product Quality Dimensions to identify as many quality dimensions as possible that your effort shall focus on. For each chosen dimension, define the quality in terms of the new vaccine to be developed, and describe how your team will achieve this quality. You shall explain why other quality dimensions are not chosen.
