(a) Explain if HD Able is a manager. Using your own words, define the three levels of management. Define the three (3) types of management skills by providing non-case examples. Using examples from the case, identify what skills are more needed at each of the three (3) levels of management.

(b) Demonstrate if The Viking (TV) is operating in a stable or dynamic environment. Using the case facts and/or any reasonable assumptions, illustrate how TV can make use of the four (4) guidelines for planning in a dynamic environment and how the choice of plans could be influenced by the three (3) contingency factors.

(c) Interpret the organizational culture of TV and the strength of its culture. Indicate how TV’s culture might have evolved.
