• You are a contractor company that has recently been awarded a contract for the design and construction of a housing project to house 5,000 people in forested land in Singapore. The structure is to have Residential facilities. The client wants to build this on a fast-track basis with an emphasis on Sustainability, Water conservation, and Green Mark. Stages for the construction of this project are:

1. Site Clearance
2. Sub and Superstructure
3. Electro-Mechanical works
4. Finishes and External Works
