cta_quesition_1
Time units are in weeks
If the indirect costs for each duration are $1,200 for baseline duration and $1,130 for 15 weeks, $1,000 for 14 weeks, $900 for 13 weeks, $860 for 12 weeks, $820 for 11 weeks, and $790 for 10 weeks, tabulate the Total Costs by duration.
For each cycle, identify which activities were crashed, the adjusted total cost, and explain your choice if you must choose between activities that cost the same.
Compute for 6-7 cycles till you cannot crash anymore. For each cycle, indicate clearly
(a) Which activities were crashed and the adjusted total cost. (22 marks)
(b) Explain your choice if you must choose between activities that cost the same. (21 marks)
(c) Tabulate the project duration alongside the direct cost, indirect cost, and total cost and illustrate these values on a cost-time graph. Compute the optimal cost-time schedule for the project and the associated cost. (17 marks)
