Statistics is used in day-to-day work in a variety of fields. The student will determine a job/career area that is available to graduates from his/her diploma. Based on the selected job/career area, he/she will then conduct research and/or interview a person in that job/career area to understand how statistics are used or maybe in that area. The write-up should include a short description of the selected job/career area and highlight at least two concepts of statistics used on the job. You MUST include specific examples of how statistics is applied to the job.
