(A) Requirements

1. Conduct online research and prepare a reading portfolio consisting of TWO (2) articles about the change management practices adopted by organizations. The TWO (2) articles relating to the change management practices adopted by organizations must be dated 2017 or later and may be taken from any of the following:

• The Straits Times
• Business Times
• HRM Asia
• Other relevant sources

2. Summarise the TWO (2) articles and evaluate the practices described in the articles using the theories or concepts in any TWO (2) of the following areas:-
• Resistance to change
• Communicating change
• Sustaining change

3. Describe TWO (2) key learning points from the articles submitted.

4. Prepare a written report on your findings and learning points
