- a) Refer to the Revit project template file. The project model is a 3-story office building with 1 basement. The internal layout for the building is partially completed. You are to examine and complete the internal layout for all levels to generate a BIM project model with the requirement listed below. The completed BIM model generates a report describing the project information and snapshot of all floorplans with appropriate labeling.
b) Appraise the value of BIM in space development.
c) Discuss 2 approaches to the use of BIM for building maintenance. - a) Based on the model created in Question 1, prepare the following schedules:

- Furniture Schedule
- Fixtures and Equipment Schedule
