(a) Explain the concept and rationale behind pre-bunking, including how it complements efforts at debunking.

(c) Present a fresh pre-bunking proposal addressing likely falsehoods on public housing issues and targeted at younger flat applicants, which could be taken up by Singapore’s Housing & Development Board.
