Background Information:
The town council of Heliopolis wants to promote community spirit among residents. A survey with residents found that (i) getting to know fellow residents, (ii) organising events and indicating interest in participating in an event, and (iii) having a virtual marketplace to give away unneeded items and to browse available items, were most desirable.
The town council wants to develop a smartphone app for residents and the first version of the app will enable residents to do these three things. You are to lead the user centred design of the smartphone app.
