According to the “2024 State of Gaming Report” by Dentsu and GWI, the global gaming market has reached a staggering USD 184 billion, far surpassing the music (USD 28.6 billion) and film (USD 33.9 billion) markets combined. Based on New Zoo’s data:
- 23% of gaming revenue comes from PC games
- 28% of console games
- Almost half of mobile games
Moreover, 2.4 billion people worldwide engage in gaming, with the average age of a gamer increasing from 33 years in 2015 to 37 in 2024.
