What initiatives do you think the company should consider to embark on (or have already embarked on)? How would these initiatives impact the environment and society?

Assume you are managing a design department in a manufacturing or service company that aims to launch a new product or service during this COVID-19 pandemic. The company is ambitious to increase sales in the local market and potentially expand to the region. Your design team has to listen to the voice of your customers. Use the House of Quality concept to guide your ideas.

Describe the product or service you have selected. Discuss how you would come up with the design for this product or service.

Identify the technical features and customer requirement priorities of the House of Quality matrix and determine the relationship matrix between them. State your assumptions made.

You have to include at least 5 customer requirements and 4 technical features and 2 competitors in your matrix.
