Question 1 (40 marks)

Reflect on the meeting in your group’s GBA video. Introduce the character you role-played and the other characters in the meeting. Identify each character’s personality, attitude, role, and behaviour in the team. Discuss whether they were appropriate and how they impacted on the team’s work performance in the meeting.

Question 2 (60 marks)

Reflect on a personal experience with teamwork* based on what you have learned in this course. How might you have handled the situation differently to promote effective teamwork and achieve better outcomes? Identify your personality, attitude, role, and behaviour in the teamwork, as well as of others in the team. Analyse your application of teamwork skills and whether they were appropriate. Analyse how you might have handled the situation differently to promote effective teamwork and achieve better outcomes.
