Leadership is the ability of individuals, who guide members of the organization who are required in most aspects of society. A successful leader is essential to have the following key characteristics: Communication skills, Creative and Innovative thinking, Open to changes, and flexibility during different events.

Having good leadership is necessary for several reasons: Effectiveness, as employers tend to follow leaders, despite having a low level of knowledge and experience, due to having a higher level of authority.

Another characteristic is being aware and understanding the company’s vision and using that information to guide and motivate members in completing their objectives to be submitted on time. Leaders will need to provide insight on the process of members’ plans in completing their tasks, including the types of decisions to be made, along with the flexibility in situations, causing them to be creative in thinking.
