Guidelines for Students:
• Workshop Objectives (10 marks): Clearly define the purpose and intended outcomes of the workshop.
• Workshop Activities (30 marks): Develop engaging, practical activities focussing on composure and arousal management. Possible workshop elements may include group discussions, role-playing, and mental skills exercises.
• Assessment Methods (10 marks): Explain how you will evaluate the workshop’s effectiveness using both qualitative (e.g., feedback forms) and quantitative (e.g., pre- and post-assessments) methods.
