1x topic from (topics 2, 4, 6)
1x topic from (topics 3, 5, 7)
1x topic from (topics 8, 9)

Choose any Food and Beverage company and write a report based on the details shown in the table below.

1. Introduction of talent management, its importance and benefits. Introduction of the chosen company.

2. For each of the three topics you choose you should:
• Demonstrate your comprehensive academic understanding of topic by drawing on academic texts from your wider reading;
• Reflect on why this is important for the chosen company;
• How the chosen company may implement the talent management practice and can improve their practice.
