• Introduction:
– Discuss the project background, business analytics issue(s), project objective(s) (optional), and role of text mining in solving the issue(s). Include any definitions of the terms used (e.g., lexical analysis).
– Include at least two (2) in-text citations applying the correct APA format.
• Literature Review:
– Describe one (1) key reference that is most relevant to your selected topic in
detail. Include the general background of this reference, the dataset used, details of how text mining has been applied, as well as the relevant findings and conclusions.
– Provide two (2) additional relevant references in your Literature Review.
Discuss the cited works briefly using one to two sentences. These two additional references discussed in the Literature Review must be different from any reference(s) used in the Introduction.
– These three references cited in Literature Review must be formal research
articles taken from journals, conference proceedings, academic reports, or
