a. First explain the mechanisms surrounding the conception of the Global Schoolhouse, then take a critical stance on whether there is a need and purpose for such a vision, and finally evaluate the challenges in the long-term development of this vision in Singapore. b. Alongside this global development, critically evaluate the policies implemented by the Singapore government to narrow the persistent inequality gaps in educational stratification locally. Recommend ONE original policy suggestion that can aid in levelling the playing field between higher and lower-performing students.
